​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Mario Zampi (1 November 1903, Sora, Italy - 2 December 1963, London, England) was a film producer and director. A co-founder of Two Cities Films, he is most closely associated with British comedies of the 1950s. Zampi started out as an actor in Italy at the age of 17.
