Carl Raddatz was born on March 13, 1912 in Mannheim, Baden, Germany as Werner Fritz. He was an actor, known for Opfergang (1944), Rosen im Herbst (1955) and Made in Germany (1957). He was married to Helga Cartsburg, Hildegard Matschke and Hannelore Schroth. He died on May 19, 2004 in Berlin, Germany.
